Pujiang Hotel, Shanghai

The first hotel in Shanghai completed by a Westerner in 1846. Renovated recently but the building's character remains unchanged. It is within walking distance to the Bund (the heart of the old Shanghai).
From the Pudong Airport: Airport bus "Line C" to Shanhai Dasha (Mansion), which is the last stop. The hostel is just opposite the bus stop. From Hongqiao Airport: Take bus 925 then change to Bus 3 or 123, get off at Wai Bai Du Qiao (bridge) or Wai Tan (the Bund).
The Pujiang Hotel accomplished the first phase of its transformation project and was put into effect in 2002. Since the transformation, the Pujiang Hotel has a glorious future.
The hotel have several restaurants. The Li Zha Restaurant can hold up to 300-persons at the same time, its special dish are Sichuan and Huiyang cooking. Other facilities include a romantic bar and pure Chinese tea stop.
